They found that our 12-year-old boiler’s internal pump had failed and that our hot water storage tank was corroding and leaking. This winter is truly testing my heating system. I was able to have a technician reach my home the same day as my call for help! The tech was professional, patient, and knowledgeable! Resolved my issues quickly. Very polite and courteous! Highly recommend!! Experined with Reverse Heat/AC Pump system. Many companies do not have experienced techs with these types of systems.

Correcting for my personal account. **Jack Frost has failed to uphold their contract and has put my family in danger. Look how they talk to customers on Google reviews... The install was in 2023 and was riddled with water leaks and even drilled a hole in the exhaust pipe! Throughout 2024, our system was losing pressure. After speaking with and sending pictures to the manufacturer, it was identified that Jack Frost had IMPROPERLY installed the unit, as Tom Jr removed the auto feed and located it elsewhere in the piping, against the manufacturers requirement. In February of 2025, Tom Jr. installed the auto feeder where Navien required, and this fixed our issue of losing pressure.
