Jacob was very prompt, courteous for our time available. Diagnosed problem, obtained part that needed to be replaced so we had heat in the house. Would highly recommend the company for very timely service at a reasonable price. Quick appointment & efficient prompt service. Highly recommend this company.

Had Seth with Jack Gordon & Sons out for our fall checkup and he was very thorough going over everything concerning our 4 units. Even asked if we needed him to change our air filters. I had my air conditioning units checked and cleaned and was very pleased with the work done. I received text message alerting me to arrival times and Seth arrived at the agreed time. When he was finished with the work all was clean and he explained everything that was done to all the units. Gordons have been my GO TO for all my AC/HEAT needs for 33 years..They have Always been UP front Honest and every tech has been a pleasure to work with and looks like Seth has been well trained...lol thank all of you for your continued spot on Service...update: my unit started making crazy loud sounds then Quit...high 90's out 5pm in the eve...I called Nate was there 30 mins later diagnosed the problem...next day they installed complete new unit...very fair pricing..with finance options that work for Any Budjet....thank you Roger...again...for being there for me!
