Mark, technician at—and owner of—Jack Harrison Heating & Air was excellent! We had an unusual problem with our heating that could have been any number of expensive repairs, but he was very thorough and patient with checking everything instead of just replacing the first thing he was suspicious of. It ended up just requiring a configuration change and no parts, saving us money. He even took a look at our humidifier and AC while he was there and fixed a minor problem with our humidifier, all for no more change than his regular visit and maintenance fee (which were very reasonable). Very pleased and have already signed up for an AC maintenance with him in the spring.

Was extremely knowledgeable. Explained to me what was going on and the state of my furnace. Fixed my issues that day while giving me future things to look out for and keep my eye on. I think I have a better understanding of my furnace now too. Charged a fair price. I would recommend.
