Jack Rabbit has been one of the best HVAC companies I’ve worked with! From the very first call, Olivia was professional, friendly, and great to deal with. The service experience has been smooth from start to finish. Trenton and Shane were amazing technicians — efficient and respectful of my home. I also spoke with Luis, a very knowledgeable young man, and I’m looking forward to discussing options with him soon for my second home. They have been doing a really great job on my Ac unit. I really love the maintenance plan they have. My unit has been running in top shape since i switched over from the last compan. I had a great experience today with my a/c maintenance exam from Jack Rabbit Air Conditioning. The two service people, Trenton and Darian were just a pleasure to deal with. The process went very smoothly and all questions I had were explained so I could understand. I would also like to thank Marcus, GM for his assistance to help me with my needs and problems.
