Everything went fine. The estimator, Jake, was friendly and knowledgeable and made some add-on recommendations that I approved. Installation of my new roof was only one day with a crew of 7. Only the lead guy spoke English but he was responsive and understanding of my questions. The only issue that I had with the installers was that the installation day was very windy and lots of stuff was blowing off the roof. I am still finding tar paper, plastic strips, and roofing nails months later on the ground around my house and yard (I own 4 acres). I took a large magnet with a handle out a few weeks ago and walked around the south side of the house with it due to one of my dogs stepping on a roofing nail and found 2 handfuls of roofing nails in 15 minutes. Jake and the entire team at Jack the Roofer have been fantastic to work with! After getting a few bids (and also a few people that never called back) my neighbor referred me Jack the Roofer and Jake was absolutely responsive. He took time to answer all of my questions, helped us figure out the best solution and options, and made the entire process seamless. In addition, the crew that did both my neighbors house as well as our house, was extremely polite and professional the entire time. I called Jack the Roofer to check my roof again. They checked it two years ago and suggested a follow up. This time my roof did need some repairs. They, again, were easy to work with and matched my existing shingles after making sure they were the correct ones. Fair pricing, wonderful customer service. I will call them again!

I had a great experience with this company for a total roof replacement. They assisted with the insurance company, and when the claim was denied due to shingle failure, they helped me submit and obtain payment from a manufacturer warranty claim, and worked with me to make it as affordable as possible. I had a complicated situation, and they stuck with me the entire way. I went with a very high quality, locally made stone coated steel shingle so that this roof will never need replacing for the rest of my life. It looks gorgeous, and it's done right.
