Jacks Appliance Repair

We set up 2 separate appointments. The first day he let me know a couple hours before he wouldn’t be able to make it to fix my washer and dryer after he set the time, I was very flexible. The 2nd appointment (a day later) set for the same time frame *by Jack* and he texted me the morning of the scheduled service saying he couldn’t make it and “he doesn’t do business like this and to please give him another chance”. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life… I had to call other companies of which were backed up on appointments a few days, but rest assured God has my back because there was an opening in under a day and I had a reliable company come diagnose my washer and dryers issue. Very unfortunate.

Did not show up after making time for the agreed upon day and time on our end which is hard with our work and kids schedules. Claimed he had all the parts in stock then contacted me 2 hours before the repair time to say he couldn’t come due to waiting on parts. Won’t use again

We had a problem with our freezer freezing up and the refrigerator not getting cold enough. We called Jack's Appliance, and even with the bad weather, he came out a day later. He was professional, knowledgeable and trouble-shooted the problem beiing the thermostat. The refrigerator is working great now. We will defnitely use Jack as our appliance man in the future. He saved us a significant amount of money as we were going to purchase a new refrigerator. Thank you Jack!

Jack was very professional & friendly. He called me right back came over did everything he could to fix our refrigerator , however compressor needed to be replaced which he suggested a new one would cost about the same in the long run! Truly appreciated his honesty He called to follow up after leaving emailed our invoice! Highly recommend his services

Called late on a Sunday night for a refrigerator repair, Jack called the very next morning. When Jack arrived (on time) he was friendly and professional. Jack attempted to repair the refrigerator compressor after running to his shop for parts. Unfortunately, the kick start didn't work, but not only did Jack help us pick a new refrigerator, he refunded the cost of the repair minus a $25 service charge. He is a really a first class business man - honest and fair. I highly recommend.
