TLDR: Brian was initially helpful and gained my trust but after work was completed with vapor barrier installation and it was found to be subpar, he “ghosted” me. Brian initially was very communicative and accommodating, even offering to scrub my home of any mold smell after hearing my worry about it affecting my pets. I was ready to trust him and his company wholeheartedly. I hired this company for mold remediation and vapor barrier installation for about 2.4k with my home being about 600 square ft. With the mold remediation, it went well. With the vapor barrier, I had two separate contractors remark about the poor work! After the first contractor is when I contacted brian to correct the work. He ignored me initially but then I sent a follow up message and he said he’d put me on the sche

Perfect Basement did an amazing job on our foundation. Brian was very responsive and answered all our questions. The site manager Patrick and crew were professional completing the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up upon completion. Would highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this company because it was recommended by someone I trust. Unfortunately the owner Brian was very unprofessional and pushy. Decisions where money is involved need time and patience. He texted me nonstop to push me to sign papers. I was interested in working with them but after his last text withdrawing his proposal because I didnt sign the paperwork on HIS time made me question the professionalism of this company.

My crawl space was in dire need of new insulation. I called another local firm and never heard back from them. I got a mail solicitation from Perfect Basement and called them, thinking it would be the same treatment. Not at all. Brian Lepor was able to inspect my crawl space within a brief time. He gave me an estimate, and the job was performed in one day. The workers were professional, prompt and did a wonderful job. They restored my faith that our local businesses and their workers.
