Jack's Cleaning

I moved in Duluth, GA a month ago in my new home and I needed an emergency cleaning. I bought the house about a year ago, but I couldn't move so quickly and the result was whole house cover with dust. The carpets were lost their colors and I found online Jack's Cleaning website. I booked a service and a nice lady called me back. She was very informative and helpful and I made an appointment for the next morning. Man and a woman came exactly on time and started working. The cleaning was done quickly, efficient and courteous. Both of the cleaners were friendly and very polite. I liked the most their quick carpet cleaning. After their intervention my house finally looked like my dreamed home - clean and perfect as I've imagined it.

Last week I called Jack's team for carpet cleaning, because there were flood in my home while I had been at work. The customer care agent was very kind and quoted me an affordable price. The cleaners came at the apppointment time and did fantastic carpet cleaning for me. They were genuine, friendly and worked hard and efficient. A week later there's no clue that there were a flood in my home ☕

Two weeks ago I called these cleaners to help me out with a big challange. I decided to clean my grandmather's home, which wasn't inhabited in a year or so. Of course, it was more than a challange. The house is big and I thought it'd take more than a week to be clean and ready for living. When the cleaners came they told me that it would take two days. One for the basement and roof cleaning, and one for the rest of the rooms plus carpet and all of the furniture cleaning. I didn't believe they actually did it for two days! I expected to pay a lot of money but the price was very good and affordable. The house looked gorgeous after their work. They brought their own cleaning equipment and detergents which made the whole top-to-bottom cleaning more efficient and made the whole process faster.

I booked an appt for 3:00 pm. I was contacted the morning of the appt and was asked if they could come at 10 am. I work, so no. They then asked if they could come the next day in the morning. Again, I work, no. They canceled my appt. Very bad customer service and unreliable.
