We love our new kitchen!! Cabinets, appliances, trim and more. Suzanne and John worked tirelessly until it was in our hands to finish the rest. We saved on price and there was no hassle. Coming back to do our bathrooms, thank you Jack's - DIY

On Friday September 24, 2021 I stopped in at Jack's for the first time. Very impressive layout and a very large showroom. Doors, flooring, bathroom fixtures are on Jack's shopping menu. I was approached my a young gentlemen who was very helpful. I was looking for a door closure for my screen door but they don't stock them. Home Depot is close by for that. Jack's is a cool store.

Windows... so I want to give the windows a 5 star for the fact that they're great for the price and we could custom order the sizes and they installed super easy. But I have to give them a 3 star and I really want to give them a 1 star because it took me longer to get the stickers off of the 20 windows we bought than it took to INSTALL 20 WINDOWS. Just think on that insanity for a minute, okay? It took me soaking them in goo gone, leaving that for a fifth of an eon, and then coming back and scraping at it with a scraper, and then scrubbing at it with a magic eraser until my arm was dead and wanting to fall off. If you are okay having the stickers on forever, great. If you can somehow get them steamed, they will come off easily, but we couldn't manage that except in one of the bathroom

I have been in the store a couple of times and have not been greeted kindly or helped like I should’ve been when I asked for help to pick out a countertop. I was told to go online and do it and the owner sitting right there and could easily help me I felt like he didn’t want me in the store. I was in there today walked around by myself. Nobody said are you looking for anything? Can I help you and I walked out the front door and nobody said a word to me and they were both sitting right there at the door. I will not be going back in there again And their stuff’s overpriced anyway.

I would strongly consider a different business over this one. The owner is not an honest man. Our project was an absolute nightmare, as the order was not fully fulfilled. The cabinets had multiple missing parts. The owner said he’d make good on it but didn’t. Additionally, and fair warning: you must pay upfront for the cabinets, so if they come in and they are not what you paid for you can’t do anything about it. The owner will talk a good game and promise to make it right but he will not follow through. The money I saved in using JacksDIY was not worth the headache and extra costs in the end. Do yourself a favor and strongly consider going somewhere else.
