I got everything I needed. If I wouldn’t have had to go back, this would have been a 5 star review. The first woman I met was very friendly, explained things well and everything was perfect. Then I went back 30 minutes later and dealt with a different woman. She essentially accused me of trying to steal stuff because I asked about the process of getting rocks.

Had them come cut my grass. They didn’t do certain areas not that needed to be cut and didn’t clean up after. Could have had a teen do a better job for the amount we paid.

Had Jack's bring me a load of firewood, tight area to get into but got in without any problems. Great company to deal with

Glad your plow trucks think its cute to be flying down the road in horrible conditions damn near put me in a ditch trying to back out my own driveway 🤬

Our company uses Jack's regularly. They are always super friendly and helpful, especially when I have no clue on what part our guys asked me to pick up. :-D
