They do not actually schedule for service of rekeying locks at your home. They put you on a list and you just have to wait for their call. There is no guarantee of how long that will be. I did not get on the list because, I have other things that need to be done. Also when I mentioned the I did not lock the uncertainty the person in the phone just hung up without staying anything. If this is how you treat to potential customers, I don't want to know how you treat an actual customer.

I’ve used Jack’s a few times this year and several times previous years. We are fortunate to have them. They work very hard and many times people take their skill and knowledge for granted. They are worth every penny. Security, reliability, convenience, durability, trust, technology. They have it all.

Had a key cut & programmed for a 2018 chevy silverado 1500 and it cost $156.00. This place is very PRICEY. And my lock out message was on. Lady said to drive about 10 miles and it would go off. It didn't !! I had to undo battery cable to make it go off. 🤦‍♀️

We called A1 waited 2 weeks to get our key fob ordered and they still did not have it ready so i called this place and in 4 hours Mr. Ryan had gotten to our house, got the key fob, connected it to our vehicle and it was ready to go. He was very nice & very helpful and we truly appreciate his work! A job well done!! 👏😊 Hopefully i wont lose the keys again but if so i know who to call 😊

Great service and even greater turn around time!!!!!! I lost my keys and the sweet lady was able to construct me replicas sooner than I expected. Thank you for the wonderful service. If any time there's a need for a locksmith, this is the place you would want to go.
