Having experience myself in Fire Dept technical rescue I witnessed first hand Jack’s technical skill and commitment to safety as he took down two very large Red Pines one of which was 2 inches from my cabin. He meticulously disassembled the tree and put every piece exactly where he wanted it to land. The other tree was 4’ from cabin and told me precisely where the top of it would land. He pruned a couple of branches that would damage another tree and then dropped the 80’ tree in the exact spot he had indicated. He did an excellent job cleaning up yard. I highly recommend Jack for any tree work.

Out of 5 stars, Jack's Tree Care deserves a 6!! In September of 2025 we had him cut down 5 trees: 2 large dead Balsam Firs, a very tall recently dead weeping birch, and 3 tall maples, each in various stages of trunk decay with healthy crowns, and each in difficult locations. He dropped each of them VERY exactly, in several cases all tree and limb material within 10 feet of the base of the trunk, as he had to avoid the garden, a fence, our gazebo, the neighbor's house, and some young saplings. He climbed and dropped limbs and trunk pieces with great accuracy. One maple was too rotten to climb so he used a rope, pulley, truck-winch system to get it to fall 180 degrees from the way it was leaning!! Jack responded first out of four called for estimates to cut a 25 inch tree huge tree down. The tree was close to my garage and needed to be cut down. Jack cut the tree and it fell right where we wanted it to fall. Jack is pleasant and professional and I'm glad l called him.

Jack did excellent job. He is friendly, experienced and very professional. Highly recommend his services and would hire him again.
