Lake Effect Construction

I paid Danny about $10K for a job that was never finished. He was given no less than 5 opportunities to make things right, but after each final date came and went, he never actually did all of the work. He did a little here and a little there, but the job laid out in our contact was never finished. I was offered a meager refund as compensation for his failure to meet his promised deadline 5 times over the course of a year, but he ghosted me when it came time to send the refund. Unfortunately, it's not worth the time or money to sue him, and I think he knows that, which is why he took advantage of me.
