My unit went out at the worst time ever, 5 days before a major winter storm. I called and spoke to Jimmy. He and the guys at JHC had my unit in with 2 days to spare. Wonderful customer service with speed and reliability. Thank you guys for getting my heat back on.

Appreciate the honest and knowledgeable service I get from this company. I have had experiences with 5 other companies and either found techs barely more qualified than I am or downright dishonest. Couple years ago I used Jackson for the first time and every time since it’s been the exact same service. They know what they’re doing , they’re honest and straight forward and reasonably priced. Will never use anyone else for heating and cooling.

First a little background of me , I am a contractor with 16+ years of experience from north GA , I mainly do inside renovations, decks and additions. I subcontractor some work out to local professionals and not chain companies. So writing this review I know the negative impact it will have on this small company, yet I feel the need to warn any new potential customer. Here is why I don’t recommend hiring Jackson . You would expect a company to not only stand behind their products ( even 3rd party )but also their service/ workmanship , and on “paper” they say 1 year warranty labor and parts .
