Jackson Street Garage

Easy access parking on a Monday and we had a validation sticker (not a barcode) for free parking but there was nobody at the booth to help us so we had to pay. What is the point allowing local businesses to offer validation to customers if the garage won't honor it. Talk about bait and switch.

I have been using Jackson Street Garage for almost 10 years now.I understand pricing went up but that place hasn't changed for years. Their stairways always have water leaks and most of the time it smells disgusting. People at the front desk are there for years and there is no communication at all about any changes. Recently a new company took over billing which required certain information to be verified but I had no idea. These people never sent letter or placed any notification at the entrance so people can be aware of this change. I got to find out 2 months late cause they never debited my account. Their communication is very poor and the only reason why I'm using this place is because there is no other choice at this point.

Complimentary parking 🅿️ is free upto 3 hrs more then that you have to pay 💰 but its not written anywhere. Please write it down complimentary up to 3 hrs

The sign with the rates is behind a over grown Bush. I was charges 2 dollars for literally pulling in the garage and pulling right out. I called customer service and the man who mumbled his name was rude and hung up on me. Worst garage ever.
