Jackson Street Parking Ramp

Absolutely the worst parking ramp ever, they resort to terrible technology to make money instead of paying someone to man the gate. The QR readers are terrible and unless you are really good with new technology, good fricken luck. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. Please if you are reading this, park anywhere else but this place!!!

Awful ramp, for a litany of issues: -It is one of the most expensive ramps in the area -The turns are tight and dangerous -The gate scanners break frequently -They are installing invasive systems to track every car and person in the lot In short: park anywhere else

The technology in this lot sucks. We couldn’t get out because their card readers didn’t work.

Got stuck in this ramp last night after hours because the ticket machine took my ticket and my credit card and wouldn't return either. When I called the emergency number, their advice was to "keep hitting the 'cancel' button. Sometimes that works." I'd park somewhere else if I were you.

Parked here to go get a dog license next door. Took less than 30 minutes and was charged $7. In addition had the hardest time getting out due to “Bad Card Read” errors. I pushed the button for assistance and they told me to just keep trying. Would not recommend this parking garage even to my worst enemies.
