Jackson's Heating & Air

I wouldn't use this company again. I was recommended him by another reputable hvac guy and gave him a shot because he was licensed with a great price. I learned the hard way that things aren't always what they seem. Less than 2 days after he installed the system ,the tenant called to tell me that they smelt gas. Thankfully no one was hurt. I called Mr. Jackson multiple times for him to be able to diagnose the system since he had just installed it and promised a 1 year warranty. He promised to come back on Monday that week. He didn't show on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, etc. He made me look bad in front of my tenants because he kept promising to show up but never did and they were left without hot water/stove because of the gas leak for days. We paid for a new unit that was over $6,000 that was installed by Jackson's Heating and air in June 2020. We contacted Mr. Jackson a week ago to inform him that was unit was not working. He came out, checked the unit and stated that he would need to order a "card" to determine if it was something else. As of today, we still have not heard from Mr. Jackson. He will not return telephone calls. Our unit was brand new, under manufacturer's warranty and his warranty. Further, we discovered that he did not register our new unit after installation. According to the manufacturer, we have now lost 5 years of additional warranty coverage. We were quite disappointed with the service. He was well aware young children in our home. However, he did not fulfill the contracted obligations.

Mr. Jackson came out to my home this weekend and repaired my Air condition. He was on time and explained to me the problem so that I could understand what was going on. I thought I was going to have to buy a new system. He was affordable, & I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Jackson came out and added a ductless system to my ad on on my home. His team was very professional and clean and neat thank you Mr. Jackson for adding on this Ductless system to my home one of the best things I could ever did to this addition. And it was a fair price.

do not use Jackson’s HVAC. He will not answer the calls, not come out to check the unit, and hang up in your face. He put a cheaper unit in knowing it wasn’t any good. If you use Jackson’s HVAC you will regret it
