Jacob E. Allen installed a new roof and seamless gutters on our home. The roof was removed and replaced the same day, and gutters installed the next day. The crew cleaned the area completely, there was no mess to clean up on our part. We are very pleased with the quality and the result and have great peace of mind. I had Jacob quote me to recaulk my windows. His price was cheap, and his workmanship was even cheaper. When I tried to discuss the issue with him he ignored me and would not respond. The windows have caulk smeared all over the window and looks like a child took a toothpaste tube and just squeezed it on. It is thick and awful looking. It is so bad I need to pay another person to remove it all and redo them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JACOB ALLEN TO ANYONE FOR ANY WORK! Jacob I just saw your response and you DID NOT offer to have it redone, you ignored my messages. I still have our conversations from texts and emails if you need to be reminded.
