Highly recommend for anyone around the Lehigh valley. Winkler installed a full heat pump system in my house that previously had no central air, as well as replacing my water heater and installing a generator hookup. My wife and I were looking to get a quote on installing an electrical plug on our Well Pump so that we can power it via our Ecoflow battery backup unit during an outage. Austin reached out to me for some additional information on exactly what we were trying to accomplish. He felt a better, long-term solution would be to install a Generator Interlock Kit on our Main Panel in the garage, and just run the generator receptacle to the basement where we wanted to store the Ecoflow unit, thus allowing us to power other locations in the house if we wanted. Our furnace broke just in time for a snow storm and sub zero temperatures. It was so cold in our house we were running 4 space heaters and turning the oven on self clean just to avoid our pipes freezing. Austin’s crew came out on Monday, diagnosed the issue, ordered all the parts and by Thursday we had a brand new, fully working furnace. The guys didn’t leave until the job was done at almost 9:00 pm, and then even cleaned our floors on their way out. Amazing customer service and high quality job. 10/10 for sure.
