We enjoyed working with Jacob in building our custom home! He was very prompt with answering our questions, listened to all our concerns and requests and was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date with the progress, what to expect next and was honest with us . I would recommend him 10/10 to all family and friends.

From the beginning, he works with you on every phase providing references and other homes he has built. He communicates well providing you details on each step of the way and he ensures you are completely satisfied to meet all your expectations. His quality and great subs that he provides are unmatched.

We really enjoyed the building process with Jacob. Communication was great, always answered our questions and was patient with us along the way. He was very detail oriented and was able to keep a tight schedule so we could close in a timely manner. We love our house! Recommend.

We would give Jacob Longing a 10 star plus! We were frustrated from a contractor that never called us back , We just happen to drive up to Round Mountain area and called Jacobs number from his sign and he answered. We didn't know Jacob at all and feel sure God directed us to him . The same house lot that that we looked at 2 years ago was still available. We are very pleased with everything with the construction of our new home. Jacob is very knowledgeable , communicates at all times keeping us in the loop on all aspects of this house build. He cares very much to satisfy the customer and we would hire him again . We recommend him highly!

Jacob came highly recommended from a former neighbor of ours. We had reached out to several other contractors and received less than ideal customer service. After meeting with Jacob and discussing different plans we moved forward with using him as our contractor. We could not be happier! He has helped make this entire process so smooth.
