I had a great experience. The staff was great. easy to work with and we would recommend her friends for sure to use Jacoby one carpet . We were very impressed with the guy laying the floor. He was very professional, very polite and respect full, he was neat and tidy and considerate of what we wanted.

We recently installed carpet in a our large lobby, hallways, entrances and stairways. Jacobi carpet and it's representative Tim Dycus were crucial to making this project exceed all of our expectations. From the selection process all the way through the completed installation we knew we picked the right company to go with. Tim worked hard to arrange the best possible pricing but also gave us excellent advice on product selection, cost saving options. In addition he was on sight numerous times during selection, measuring, transition consultation, and installation.
