Jacob's HVACR

I love writing reviews like this because people need to know when they find a great company that truly takes care of their customers and does it the right way. Jacob’s HVACR is that company. My home is only five years old, and the heat stopped working just as the weather started turning cold. I first hired another company out of Wenatchee that had done my annual maintenance over the summer. They spent four hours troubleshooting, then ten days later sent me a quote for several thousand dollars to repair multiple parts of the heat pump (reversing valve, circuit board, thermostat, solenoid, etc.). I sent the quote to a friend who owns an HVACR company in Texas, and he was shocked. He told me they were trying to fix far too many things and strongly recommended getting a second opinion. So,

I’ve used Jacob’s for the past 3 years and always very please with their service! When we moved here 3 years ago, our upstairs stayed hot and downstairs would get cold around 8:30 every night. Come to find out, this had been happening since the house was built without resolution. Jacob personally came out and got it fixed for us very quickly. Yesterday evening, my heater completely stopped working. We woke up to a pretty cold house. I called Jacob’s HVAC, and they got me squeezed in same day. The technician was very nice and took his time getting things working! You guys are always so great and timely! Thank you!

I have never written a review before, but this being the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I felt necessary to warn others about getting work done with this company. I brought an ice machine for diagnosis, as Jacob's is a Manitowoc Ice dealer as well. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They did not make one self-imposed deadline, I called 5 plus times to check in on progress to never receive a phone call back after being promised, I received an invoice without quotes or talking to a tech, they lost parts to my Ice maker after returning the ice maker to me disassembled, and when I got the ice maker back it was filthy dirty after I cleaned it before dropping off. Their excuse for this was that I arrived at the store to quickly and didn't allow adequ

Jacob's installed my mini split five years ago. They have done an excellent job every time they're needed. In the middle of the summer heat, they made time for me same day. The technician, Yacub, was great. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

we've used jacob's periodically for 10 years. recently i called on a friday morning due to AC not keeping up and periodically putting out hot air. they tagged me onto the schedule for the day. a very polite man arrived at 6pm and was here for 1.5hours fixing our AC. got it working. he was pleasant and seemed to take his time despite it being friday evening.
