James of Jacob's Ladder renovated our basement this past spring. James was great! He kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process, was easy to get in touch with and responded right away with a call or text message for any questions. The companies and workers he used were always polite and respectful. The project was completed with good workmanship and I would highly recommend them!
