These guys got my new furnace installed and running quickly and did great work. They pointed out a few other concerns and fixed them the right way at no additional cost. All my options were laid out from the get-go and they were never pushy. Didnt leave a mess and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

A neighbor recommended them to me and I’m glad he did. They were extremely friendly, easy to work with and very reliable. Replaced our broken ancient furnace with a new 96%. The installation was very professional and clean. The price was not insane either. So glad I called you and thank you for the warm and cozy home where my propane will cost me much less over time! Very fast, efficient, and friendly service! Our heat went out during negative degree weather on a Saturday, called Sunday morning and they responded fast and worked around our financial situation! Furnace did get installed. Guys were friendly. They stripped a part during the initial install so said they would come back Friday. No one showed up or called. I called and set up a new date and time. They needed to be present when Lakes Gas was here to install my tank. I set up the overlapping appointment a week in advance. I called them in the morning when Lakes Gas arrived. Lakes finished all their work and no one had shown up again. I called. They said they wouldn't be here till 12-1. That's 3 hours later than originally told the gas company would be here. Then an 1:45 still no one arrived. I had to call again. Finally someone shows up. I have to call back again today. I got no user manual for my furnace, I don't know the location of my air filter, if they installed one, how often i

This morning our furnace was not putting out enough warm air. It was taking too long to heat our house. We called Jacobson Heating and Air Conditioning whom we have used for the last 25 years. I spoke to Allen to set up an appointment. Allen said if I could go to the furnace he would walk me through a couple of things that may solve the problem. I did what he told me and the problem was solved. No service call! 😊 Needless to say we have been very pleased with Jacobson Heating and AIr Conditioning. Thank you
