The Nelson Paint Company

I have used Nelson tree marking paint for over twenty years. I not only prefer their paint, but their customer service has always been great. The Montgomery, Alabama office employees are kind and helpful when ordering. This type of customer service is tough to find these days.

Our business has always bought our paint and ribbon from this store. On 7/27/22 around 9:30-10 am the man working here was so rude to us and crabby, that it made me want to just order stuff online from now on. I don't have to deal with the crabbiness and rudeness. I understand that finding good help is hard to find these days, but not sure how it is so difficult to be nice to people.

This store is all mom and pop kindness. Skip the big stores and go here. I have bought all of my paint here for my house inner walls, basement floor, and front porch, as well as the base of the house. They are right there to assist, have all name brands in stock, and know their stuff. In business for many decades and I can understand why. I only go to Nelson Paint. Fyi ..winter hours they are closed on Saturdays, so keep that in mind.

I live in on the west coast, and placed an online order. The shipping was different from what was posted on their website. But they were prompt in returning my call, and explained that updates were in progress on the web site. They followed through by calling me back the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with my order. That extra effort speaks volumes. I was very impressed with their customer service, and will order again in the future.
