Kevin and his tile team Eric and Hannah did an awesome job updating our 2 full baths and powder room. Very meticulous, clean and obviously care about the work they do. They put down tarps to protect the floors as they moved in and out, cleaned up every day after completing their work for the day. Respected our time, our home and listened to our requests. We had new tile, vanities, lighting and fixtures installed, and they turned out amazing. I just keep looking at our new beautiful bathrooms. Very happy with how the project turned out. Highly recommend Jacoby Home Improvement. Would absolutely use Kevin again.

Kevin replaced my master bathroom shower. He is an excellent communicator and operates with honesty and integrity. He helped me think through my project and determine an approach in line with my budget. He's very skilled and knowledgeable with his craft and is very considerate and respectful toward homeowners and their property. I will certainly be calling Kevin when I'm ready for my next project.

We bought a flipped house 5 years ago and the bathroom work was shotty at best. Kevin and his team came out and took a look at our upstairs bathroom and provided us with extremely reasonable quotes for the work we needed performed (compared to PJ Fitzpatrick who wanted double for the same work) We had him do 2 projects for us. 1 was to replace the cracked tub/surround and fix the shotty drywall work in our upstairs hall bathroom and the second was to upgrade/expand our master bathroom shower and fix the shotty drywall there. We could not be happier with the services Kevin provided. He always checked into what our preferences were and gave us recommendations when we didn't know what was being asked of us.
