I found the installers to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They went right to it to get the job done. They were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend using Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital for your bathroom renovation! John, the sales rep, was responsive and very helpful throughout the whole process. The construction crew was so nice and respectful of the space as they were doing the renovation. They worked tremendously hard as I am on a 3rd floor without an elevator. I had my bathtub taken out and a full shower installed, along with two bathroom vanities installed, a new toilet, and the removal of a small closet.The finished bathroom looks amazing and I'm grateful for the work Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did!

Jacuzzi bathroom model by Capital was done very professionally from the salesman Ben Korotkin to the 2 very professional installation men that came into my house and converted my existing 20-year-old shower to a new up-to-date shower closure , everything was done with the utmost of care and they left my bathroom as clean as when they walked in . Very pleased and would use again

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work done on our new shower installation and seating. Your installation workmen were very polite, and went out of their way to keep our home neat and update us on progress, etc. They were eager to work quickly and did not even take a break to complete it in a timely manner. They came in on a snow storm and left in a snow storm. Offered them coffee and cookies and they would not take either nor a break. I give them 5 stars as they deserve it for all their hard work politeness.
