Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona

For years wanted garden tub converted to shower. Last year was going to do and had Jacuzzi out, but plan fell thru. This year it’s done. The sales rep Steve gave me all the info and I signed up. He let me know time frame and that it would most likely be a two day job. The installation went great and they were done in a day and half. Raul R and Jacob C did a terrific job. I’d gotten my own shower head and they installed where I requested. Raul asked where to put shelves and grab bars and that’s where they went. They worked consistently and cleaned up great after finishing. Raul and Jacob were professional, polite and respectful young men. They were even ok with my dog barking at them every time she saw them. Overall just great work. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to

My installers, Ethan and Deontae did such a good job! They were courteous, professional, and very tidy - they covered the stairs, hallway, and everything near the bathroom with drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. You’d never know they’d been there, except for the amazing new shower. I have a painted floor in my bathroom and I was concerned about it being damaged, but they did a PERFECT job preserving it - the edge of the floor that abuts the shower looks better than it did before! I love my new shower and can’t wait to use it … (just waiting for the glass install).

Went through Costco, and had our tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. The installers were professional, so nice and made sure we were getting everything we hoped for. The shower is beautiful, and works amazing! We plan on using this company for our next bath remodel. If you’re hesitating, I’d recommend giving them a call!

We had Jacuzzi remodeled our 3 bathrooms and we are very pleased with the quality. A bit on the high end, but very good quality. Peyton and Allen and the other 2 installers who did our bathrooms did a great job. They’re very courteous and hardworking. They were accommodating with the changes we wanted. Customer service is also great. We always get a live person whenever we have any questions. Great experience so far!
