Overall, amazing. The team at Jaguar with Montie, Jose, David, and Elijah provided top of the line service for a great price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend. As usual, I couldn't have been more pleased with Jaguar's service. I took advantage of a free dryer vent cleaning; it turned out to be a bit more involved, and a hose was replaced at no charge. Kevin was the technician, and he couldn't have been more pleasant, patient and professional!

Our furnace went down right before New Year’s Day this year (of course right before a holiday). I did a lot of research and came across Jaguar. I was able to get a soon appt very easily on their website. Vincent came and was able to diagnose the issue immediately and throughly reviewed with my husband and I. He had pictures and videos to be able to explain to us in ways we could understand. We had to wait to get the part ordered (due to the holiday), but he was able to do it immediately following the holiday, followed up with us as he said he would with the invoice. He came and repaired it for us two days later (which was a Sunday!!!). I cannot express how happy we were with Vincent professionalism and communication. If we ever have issues again in the future, we will definitely be contact
