If you need someone to mark underground utilities, Jaime is your guy. Very knowledgeable, communicative, thorough and professional. He did a far more thorough job than our propane company did marking our gas line, and I'm so glad we had him come out. His work protected us from digging way too close to the gas line. I wish I had called him first!

Jaime is the one to call for line locating. For clarity, if you have a sprinkler system, private wiring in your yard, or a private well (which I had all of), Miss Utility WILL NOT mark those items. They only mark utility items like electricity, water, and cable/fiber. So, I called Jaime. He came right out and marked everything in the path I needed to dig through, and EVERYTHING was there. Based on what I saw, I also paid Jaime and his team to dig the trench I needed because I did not want to become an electric lawn ornament or feel the wrath of my daughter for cutting her off from the connected world😂 . He is able to tell you how deep things are too. By the way, thanks Verizon for burying my fiber 2 inches deep. Best of all, after he dug the trench you could barely tell. Very sati

We were in a bind because our propane company said it would take 8-10 days to schedule an appointment to mark the gas lines and our digging was happening in 48 hours! Jaime was able to fit us in the same day. We added on marking water lines and double-checking the electric marking (because we didn't really trust the contractor sent by Miss Utility). He was extremely thorough and professional (even in 100 degree heat)! I highly recommend this service.

I contacted Jaime at the last minute because my propane company was taking too long to mark my propane lines and we had a project scheduled. Jaime did a great job. He provided helpful information above and beyond the job we paid for, and I appreciate his expertise. I will definitely contact him again and not waste my time with the propane company.
