I had purchased extra filters but it was the wrong size. He went back back to get the correct size for me. I greatly appreciated that. They quoted me a great price and I received multiple quotes for new HVAC units. The service techs showed up on time and they stayed long enough to make sure the job was done right and made adjustments on the units as needed to make sure they fit perfectly into the wall sleeve.
