We had a wonderful experience with Mr electric. They responded within minutes of our initial call/request. They were able fit us in the next day within constant updates upon their arrival. Brandon (technician) showed up early and immediately asked what we looked to have done . We were adding a transfer switch to our main breaker box to run a generator. Brandon took the extra time to make sure all of our requests were made to ensure if we lost power our essential power needs would be met. The quote was very reasonable and some of the parts required an extra trip 20 minutes away to pick up which did not add to the quote given. After the installation was complete Brandon took the extra time to explain how to use the newly installed transfer switch and answer any other questions we had.

Patrick was on time and extremely pleasant. Professionally installed outdoor ceiling fan. Cleaned up and removed debris. Highly recommend.

I called Mr Electric due to a faulty outdoor receptacle causing a burning smell. Nicole answered the phone and I’m sure detected the urgency in my voice. She was able to schedule an appointment same day and very short window of waiting. Patrick arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough investigation, diagnosed the issue and replaced the receptacle ! Thank you for being so prompt and thorough !
