James and Family Renovations

I highly recommend James and Family Renovations. I can't say enough about the outstanding experience I have had with them as they renovated my bathroom. I plan to use them again when I renovate my kitchen.

Bought a new, smart thermostat for my house but it wasn't working. I called them up and James answered and was there within a few hours, which was great because it was already mid-day when I called. He was able to diagnose the problem, and it was fixed within the hour itself. He kept our place clean and was very professional. It was only an HVAC job, but I believe the professionalism probably carries over to the rest. I was very happy with this service call and I can recommend them.

Had and emergency and need someone to come out today. Jay and Frank were very helpful with our situation. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant.

I needed a hot water heater replacement and although at first it felt as if we had a game of phone tag going due to my work schedule; when we were able to come to an agreement on a work date scheduling the appointment and getting the work done went smoothly. Thank you James and your work crew for you patience and availability. Great job.

Bubba & his crew did a great job replacing drain pipe in crawlspace. They were able to finish in 1 day. Cleaned all up too. Would highly recommend.
