A true professional. Timely, accurate, reasonable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do exactly when they said they would. This has unfortunately not always been my experience with other contractors. Mr. James is one of the good ones. My new hot tub patio is perfect! I highly recommend for all concrete needs.
