Absolutely horrible experience. 800 square foot house in a historic district. Were quoted a price of approx $65,000 (sixty five thousand) for a complete brick restoration, inside and out. Staat ended up doing less than half the job for that amount. They were supposed to furnish all materials, to include historic brick that matched the existing brick. Ended up taking brick from the inside of the building. They rebuilt one chimney three times. They tried to pull a fast one by using non historic brick figuring we wouldn't notice, thankfully we did. They used mortar sand that they knew they didn't have enough of to finish the job and now we can't find a match to finish the job. They showed up without a brick saw. They were supposed to come back and color up some of the brick. Needles
