The call center's work during registration is terrible! I don't know how they answer calls, but I stood on the line for a very long time, and the drivers who arrived after me got through much faster! and accordingly went to load faster, I missed 5 trucks that arrived after me! The work of the loading staff is good.

I’ll give it 4 stars just cuz I always come in the mornings and is in and out today got here a little late at 3:15 about to b 5pm wen I got here it was like 15 trucks ahead now I got like 3 not a bad place just busy place get some food if you come here after noon

I guess I was lucky because I checked in and waited only 22 minutes before they called me and started load. Great guys

Had worst experience with loader c he was really rude and disrespectful. Even loading didn’t take that long but loader’s behaviour was really awful. HR should look into it as this kind of people letting down company’s image as I can see you guys are doing really hard to maintain operations working smooth and on timely manner.

Everything is always fast. The only bad thing is strong wind sometimes when you tarp. All the times when I arrived 20-30 minutes of waiting. Today, after check in: 5min waiting and they start loading. 15min -done ✅
