Highly recommend! Great customer service from the tech and great HONEST pricing! We were quoted $2000 worth of work from another company for our heating issue. Tech came out from James Heating and showed us the problem… literally! He brought the part to us and explained. Ensured the extra repair and parts the other company quoted were not an issue on our unit. Saved us a lot of money! Repair works great we WILL be using them again!

Excellent service from start to finish. They responded quickly and came out the same day I called. The needed parts arrived fast, and despite bad weather, they still made the trip to get everything fixed so we had heat. I really appreciated their dedication and professionalism. Would definitely use them again.

If I could give 6 stars I would have done so. We are in Graham and it’s a fairly new development. Of course on a record breaking temperature day in May, our AC went out. My folks in Mebane switched to James because of their honesty and reliability. They had also gone to my brother’s home in Whitsett to discover (when fixing the air handler) that the previous AC company (who my folks and brother used) had lied to my brother about the part that was needed. Going back to today, I called at 1:00 and within 2 hours John had showed up. In less than 10 minutes he fixed the problem! Was a bad starter to the compressor. My AC stopped working during the weekend. I called and they got back to me pretty quick with a time frame to show up at my house. The technician fixed in 10 minutes and he even explained what the issue was to me. Friendly and Professional.

Called the emergency line at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our AC was repaired by 9pm. Can't complain about that at all. This is the second time James Heating & Air has helped us. We'll call again when we need more help. Great service!
