Do not recommend this contractor him and his employees lie to your face have proof from the employee he came out saw the damaged screen (said it was ordered then James contacted me today 12/11/2023 and said all his employees said everything was damage free even after I said I have the text from your emplyee!) Which I sent to him and sent it back to his employee with no response from either the owner or the employee and now im already 11 tubes of caulk deep fixing our $26,050 brand new windows that do nothing but let cold air in like your standing outside! If you need work done go somewhere else!!! They lie and you're stuck fixing the brand new things you just paid someone to do!!

Had Lozinski Construction do our roof 3 years ago. Now on our second leak that ruined the bathroom ceiling. And no... we have had no hail or high winds in that time. I should not have gone with the lowest bid. You get what you pay for and this is costing me even more than if i would have gone with someone else.

Very slow at getting jobs done. Sloppy work

They really care about doing a good job.
