I had a really good experience with this carpet company. They were super easy to work with, which was great because I’ve never had to get carpet installed before. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did the job quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the price was fair too. I didn’t expect it to be this smooth, but they made it easy. I’d recommend them if you need new carpet and don’t want any hassle.

BUYER BEWARE...If I could have given 0 stars, I would have! If you are in the process of purchasing carpeting or floor covering in the Bucks County area, steer clear of Jamison Carpets and Floor Covering on York Rd in Jamison. My husband and I have been chasing down the owner, Jack Forbes, for over 3 years now with zero satisfaction! We had carpeting installed on our stairs, upstairs hallway and 2 bedrooms. It did not lay flat from the day it was installed, even the installer remarked that something was wrong with it. After contacting Mr. Forbes, we were told that the carpet had since been discontinued by the manufacturer due to several complaints and that he would be filing a claim with said manufacturer. These guys are great. We reviewed several of the local carpet installers, and we were told about Jamison Carpets by a friend who had a good experience. They were great - their pricing was more than fair, and the installation was perfect. They were professional and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend!

The carpet install went fine, but the follow-up was terrible which is why I give Jamison Carpets 3 stars. I would not hire them again. Jack came to my house to measure my staircase and hallway for a carpet install in mid-April. At that time, we discussed thresholds between the hallway and bedrooms (which are laminate flooring). I said that I wanted thresholds because the laminate was uneven and the edges needed to be covered. He thought it would look fine with the carpet right up against the laminate, and suggested that I try it out; he said that if I didn’t like it, I could call him up and he’d have thresholds installed. That was my mistake. I should have pushed for what I wanted from the start because I called him on Monday, May 1 after his installer came on April 29 to say that I wan

Jack comes off as a nice guy when he comes out to measure your house, but if there are any issues with the carpet after it's installed, Jack will drag his feet and avoid you at all costs. We had an issue and I had to call him each week, for 4 weeks, to find out the update. It has been 3 months since our carpet was installed, and he said he would call me multiple times, and never has. Horrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Jack doesnt care about anything but money!!!!
