We had our entire kitchen ripped down to the studs and rebuilt by Universal. See below for the before and after photos — they speak for themselves! They even ripped down a wall for us to give us more space. I trusted Rocky and Nick as much as I trusted my own stepfather to do the job. They were so unbelievably thorough and professional and produced an AMAZING end result. They were communicative through every step of the process and gave us ample opportunity for customization while being realistic about what was possible. They really listen to you and bring to life the ideas you have. Their prices were also VERY fair. If anything is wrong, they will come back promptly and fix it. Rocky and his team have recently completed a full apartment renovation for us that included a full kitchen and bathroom upgrade. These upgrades included replacement of all cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, bathroom tile and lighting. They also replaced the existing wall to wall carpeting throughout the apartment with new wood flooring. The quality of all the work was excellent. The work was also completed on schedule and within budget. We will definitely use Universal Home Improvement for any of our future projects.
