They completed their job 1000% better than I expected. The office staff updated me on the progress in nearly real time and communicated perfectly with my warranty company. The technician was very nice, experienced, skillful, and professional. He immediately figured out the problem and showed me what it was. The condition after the work was clean and much improved compared to the condition before starting the job, and the finish was really perfect. The claim was to replace a stop valve under the kitchen sink and to replace the hot-water pipe connected to the sink. I strongly recommend this team. Thank you!!

They quickly found the source of a water leak and fixed the corrosion behind the drywall of our 65-year-old home. Everything — drywall and all — was done beautifully within 5 hours! They were assigned by our home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty), yet still provided the lowest quotation, unlike many others who helped us before about the plumbing problems! Excellent! Jan's technician came out and effectively diagnosed my basement ceiling leak. The result surprised me - turns out my fridge was leaking. It would not have occurred to me to check that. He stopped the leak and also fixed my toilet. It turned into an all day event for them, but I was informed of new events as they came up and also learned new things about the house thanks to them. Always kind and easy to work with. I would recommend!
