Janice & Son LLC Power Washing

When I tell you they are EXPERTS – they are experts! I had a grease stain that I paid other people to remove and they couldn't. I tried multiple degreasers with no luck. My son found them online and they were so easy to book. Came out the same day to see the spot and give us a quote. Kenny came on time and went to work immediately lifting the stain in under an hour! I am SOOOOO happy. Too bad I don't have more stains for them to remove.

Kenny was on time and friendly. He reviewed the entire property and listened to my concerns about our pets, wildlife & plants. The house looked amazing when he was done and was above and beyond better than what our previous power washer vendor had done. He cleaned up after himself and put all of our furniture back. He then reviewed what he had done, along with issues I needed to pay attention to, so the job was done to my satisfaction. The invoice came promptly and was easy to pay. I only wish all companies were this easy to deal with!!

Kenny did a fantastic job with our house. He pressure washed our deck, our walk, soffits and so forth. Anything that could benefit from washing, he washed it. His estimate was clear and we received an email copy of it. Scheduling was fantastic. He showed up on time. He’s professional and just a general all-around good guide to boot. Kenny did a wonderful job! We had our Trex deck done, steps, railings, our whole house, front porch and sidewalk. Everything looks like it's brand new. Very kind and friendly and personable, and extremely knowledgeable about his profession!

Our church steeple was very dirty with 30+ years of dirt and green mold. Kenny sent a more than fair estimate over and we scheduled the appointment. Kenny was prompt at the time we agreed on. Kenny did an amazing job! We still can't stop talking about how awesome the steeple looks. We look forward to hiring Janice & Son for future jobs at the church.
