I've called on Suarez for a few very minor jobs, Price has always been fair. They are local in New Market which (in my case) translates to speedy service- usually a day or two. Jobs, again, fairly simple - can't really beat the gutter cleaning service cause i'm not keen on ladders. Last year, used Suarez to fix a minor leak in an upstairs bath. Pipe replaced and drywall downstairs below the issue looks like it never happened. Speedy but attentive work.

Very responsive even after hours. They solved retainer wall problem by thinking outside the box that saved us money and time which ultimately gave us a great alternative to our problem. After a summer storm, we had water come through our roof and into our bedroom. Suarez Services was able to come out the next morning, assess the damage, and suggest repairs. They worked with us to file an insurance claim and then worked with the insurance company throughout the process to coordinate storm damage repair. Suarez Services was able to complete our entire roof replacement in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship. Suarez Services also completed interior repairs and we can even notice where the water damage was. They were quick, completing the interior work in a single day, limiting disturbance to our family.
