Fantastic work, 5 out of 5. Upon discovering we had nasty stucco issues, we used Jara to remove the stucco and replace with James Hardie board and we couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to the siding, they improved our front entry way with a new column and a metal decorative roof. They replaced all gutters, downspouts, soffits and trim. Painted the garage doors. They installed security cameras and new sconce lighting. The replaced our back entry door as well as a window. They did a phenomenal job. Miguel was super easy to work with. Very responsive on text message with addressing details and giving me updates. If there was a holiday midweek or a rainy day they’d be here Saturday getting a fifth day in. We had a great experience with Jara Construction. On a Monday morning we had a home repair emergency- an exterior door would not stay closed! Miguel from Jara was able to come that day to look it over. The fix wasn't straightforward, but Miguel came up with a great solution. He had the door repaired the very next day. Couldn't be happier with the quick work and excellent work.

Jara Construction did an excellent job on our home. They updated the roof and siding, installed new windows and repaired leaking areas, but most importantly, made it wheelchair accessible. Miguel and his team widened the halls, added a medical equipment room, built an accessible bathroom, installed ramps, and expanded the halls. Now, we can enjoy every space with the kids. Jara construction did such a great job on the outside of our primary residence I asked them to redo the bathroom in our second home - relatively small space, but critical. And wow, I couldn't be more impressed! Exceptional craftsmanship - especially the tilling of the tub to ceiling and the floor. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and fairly stress-free. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality of work delivered. Jara Construction and team did an outstanding job on two projects. The first project was a cedar siding repair replacing all of the worn and damaged areas and then painting. The result is the siding looks like new. The second project was a crack repair on the sidewalk leading to the front door. Miguel's solution was to take out a small section of concrete and replace with Belgian block. Repair looks great and like it was intentionally designed that way. Lastly the pricing was fair, job site was kept clean, the work was performed timely by a skilled team. Highly recommend.
