- Excellent Service, Highly Recommend! I live in a Philly row home and last year, the old in-the-wall AC unit I inherited when I bought the house finally gave out. I called around everywhere, and to my surprise, almost no one still works with those kinds of units anymore. After making about a dozen calls, I finally found Jarman Sales and Service—and I’m so glad I did. From the very first phone call, they were polite, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They asked the right questions and clearly explained the different service options available to me. Each time I spoke with them, I felt confident I was dealing with true professionals who really know what they’re doing. Very unprofessional company. If you are in need of h v a c service, do not call this place, I have been calling them for a few days in a row throughout the day trying to get some service on the building that they are supposed to be serving and they do not pick up the phone, do not return phone calls. It's absurd for an h v a c company not to have somebody picking up the phone as they are supposed to be available consistently, especially in inclement weather such as happening right now for their customers and for providing service...And as a matter of fact, today, I actually did reach someone, he started listening to me but then just hung up the phone. when I called back again, there was no answer. Do not rely on this place and don't even waste your time.. better look elsewhere for help. T

I was looking for a new air conditioner and I was recommended by my neighbors to call Jarman. Very happy I did. I called and spoke with Bob who took my information and Mike came out to see what I neeeded done. My new Friedrich Air Conditioner was just installed by two of the nicest men that have ever done work in my home. That would be Mike and Ron. Very nice, polite, respectful and kind. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job installing my wall unit. I would highly recommend Jarman and hope you get Mike and Ron to do the job. Thank you, guys. Roe

The technician arrived right on time, was respectful of my home, and diagnosed the issue quickly. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs or equipment and prices are so reasonable. It's rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service, but Jarman absolutely delivers. The name says it all: Jarman Sales & SERVICE! I have been using Jarman for more than 20 years and they are top notch! They have installed 4 "in-the-wall" air conditioners in various rooms in my house over the years. Mike & Ron are not only proficient in their job but they are also two of the nicest and most polite guys you're ever going to meet! ... They showed me the work inside & out and it looks great! After the job was done, Mike explained everything and took the time and answered all my questions. If you're looking for air conditioning, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
