We purchased a house on the western side of Lake Winnipesaukee with the plan to undergo a complete renovation. We interviewed a few contractors, and ultimately decided on Jason Drouin. Jason seemed to immediately understand the look we were going for, and we presented him with nearly 30 items on our wish list. We had to wait nearly 2 years for Jason to have an opening in his scheduled, as he typically only runs three projects at a time. Admittedly, any renovation is more difficult than new construction. The best part about Jason is his availability and his ideas. We decided to avoid a designer and architect. This saved thousands of dollars, and in all honesty, Jason’s ideas were great. His availability to field several phone calls from me and my wife every day, for nearly 1.5 years
