Jason Pruitt Septic Tank Service

I called them on a Wednesday around 3:30. Fixing other drainage around my house I ended up digging around my septic tank lid. I called to see if they were able to put a riser on since I was down to the tank and by 4:00 p.m. the owner's son came and did the job. I'm glad I'm not the only one that has a son that is a hard worker and has good work ethics

This past December, we encountered a homeowner's nightmare: a clogged and overfull septic tank that caused a downstairs shower to flood. Luckily, our neighbor across the street recommended Jason Pruitt. Given the time of year, I didn't expect a quick response so was delighted when they were able to come out the day I called. All three of the technicians (John, Isaiah, and Justin) were professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the process with text messages. Even with a delay caused by an emergency call from a church, John and Isaiah came out after dark and had us up and running in no time. We will definitely use Jason Pruitt again in the future!

I’ve used them on 3 different occasions at different properties and they’ve taken care of me each time. The last time they came out and diagnosed and repaired my situation quickly. Even accommodated extra needs and got things flowing in a few hours.

I had been dealing with a septic issue for months and couldn't get responses when they said they would call, until I spoke to Jason Pruitt. I spoke to him the afternoon of 3/25, and made arrangements for him to come out and give me an estimate on a new drain pit. The next morning he showed up on time and left at 8 and said they could do it that day. He was back at 11 with his equipment and his assistant Jonathan, and by 3pm I had my new pit and my drainage issue resolved and my yard looks great. I was really impressed at how fast everything came together. Estimate, utilities located, land cleared, ditch & pit dug, 40 tons of gravel delivered, new line installed, and the yard cleaned up, all in 7 hours. Great Job! Highly recommended!

Use Rays septic tank services instead. Sending me to collections from a call in February after they failed to locate my septic. I sent multiple pictures of a 2 inch pvc pipe that was literally overflowing in the front yard. Came home to watch 2 idiots on camera poke and prod my backyard which sits higher than my home. Rays came out the next day and located and pumped it out in no time with the same info and pictures Pruitt had. Also used Rays to repair and add 150 feet of leech field. Photos attached of tank they couldn't find parked 10 feet from it. (Only green grass in the yard might have been a hint also)
