We hired Jates to renovate our master bathroom and it turned out exactly how we had designed it. The space was completely transformed and the Jates team brought our vision to reality. Although there were issues encountered throughout the project, the Jates team took the time and care to ensure each issue was corrected and addressed to our satisfaction. The project took much longer than originally anticipated, although some of the delay was out of the team’s control. Thank you to the Jates team for their time, hard work, and thorough communication. We love our new bathroom!

I needed my enclosed back porch renovated. I wanted to add heat, level the floors, insulate the walls, add new drywall and laminate flooring, drywall the ceiling, add a light fixture and a toggle switch, and paint the completed project. I also wanted new trim around the windows and ceiling molding and new base molding. Time was not an issue, only that once they started they would work steadily until they completed the project. They were able to do all of this in about 2 weeks. Christian was my project manager and he kept me informed through the work. Overall I was very impressed with the completed project.

I used JATES to remodel my kitchen. Danielle, Marco, Amanda, and the whole JATES team were extremely helpful. They listened and accommodated exactly what I was looking to do with the project and helped design the perfect final result (with renderings along the way to help picture how it would look). Once construction began, the project was smooth and easy (especially for a high-rise building), with the JATES team handling everything. Pricing was fair and transparent. Would definitely recommend for any remodel projects

Jates did an outstanding job for us. We had to have a cement walkway dugout to remove tree roots that were causing damage to our building. They took care of all the roots and poured new cement that tuned out perfect. It was a complicated job that was done very professionally. I would use them again for any type of construction project.
