We had a great experience with Jay Moody For our recent central air conditioning replacement. They were very proactive with recommending a heat pump, which made us eligible for a $5k Mass Save rebate as well as tax deductions. We also added a mini split on our 1st floor Central AC was only for floors 2 & 3. With the integrated thermostat, you can use your heat pump when the temperatures are not super cold and then We can switch to our FHW oil boiler for colder temperatures. They had great pricing and service. The installers even encountered a wasp nest that they had to spray and deal with. Great job!

We are very happy with our experience with Jay Moody. We worked with them almost 3 years ago to add Central AC to our house by replacing the old oil boiler providing heat to baseboard radiators and also tankless domestic hot water with Heat Pumps. We installed 2 new central-air ducted heat pumps with humidifiers, 1 ducted mini-split (all 3 for primary heat and air conditioning), and a propane boiler to indirect domestic hot water tank (also for primary heat via baseboard radiators in our basement, and backup heat for the heat pumps when the weather is too cold). When we bought the house, there was no existing AC, so all ductwork had to be fabricated and installed too. It was essentially four different projects all running at the same time. We have had three jobs done by Jay Moody within the past year. We bought our first home (Fitchburg) in December, and wanted to make sure our home boiler was working properly. Brandon P and Kaija serviced our boiler, and were able to give our system a tune up to run more efficiently, which would save us oil in the long run. They were on time, friendly, and worked efficiently as a team. They cleaned up and left no trace behind! Ryan and Thomas did our second job, servicing and priming our oil tank. They were able to come check things out the same day we called. They worked quickly, even in the severely cold days we had in February. They did a secondary service on our boiler as well, just to ensure everything was working appropriately. They took the extra steps to make sure we were satisfied

Roger and team came to install my mini split on 4/29/25. They arrived on time as promised and quickly set out to install my unit exactly where I wanted it. The install was professional and details were explained. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. Clean up was spectacular. After the install they tested and explained each option of my mini split. Explained about the warranty and the maintenance program. Even set the clock to the exact time. With several companies to choose from I am glad I went with Jay Moody. Highly recommend Jay Moody.
