Jay was great and responsive. Showed up timely and was able to order the parts to help fix my heating system, even in the middle of a snow storm. Definitely recommended!

My furnace, for the first time in five years, was discharging water due to a faulty expansion tank. Like most of us we need a lesson on what this all means! Jay diagnosed the problem immediately and carefully explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He pointed out something on my furnace that I had been told to correct when I first moved in to my home and he then checked to see if I had a carbon monoxide alarm near by. Good service, fair prices, I highly recommend this company.

Where would We be without You Jay! My Wife and I purchased our home in early 2024, we figured with a little TLC and effort we could turn the house into a home before Our daughter was born a month later. Things were looking up until our Daughters second day home. Mid February and of course the furnace went out. A new born, no heat and all of the anxiety in the world. Until a close friend recommended Jaymon. We got in touch, I explained what was going on and by 7:30am sharp the next day he and his workers were at my front door ready to help. They started and did not leave until the job was done, nearly 14 hours later. My Rheem hot water heater from Home Depot broke down due to flooding, thankfully (or so I thought) it was under warranty. Rheem sent over a third-party repair man; I am not sure if it was because he did not want to work, my close quarters/messy basement was unfavorable to him, or a mixture of both, but he told me there was nothing he could do for my hot water heater and left. Thankfully, I gave Jay a call. Jay is a great guy, he was friendly, on time, more than eager to help me, and KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. He got my hot water heater running in less than an hour! I am thinking of replacing my hot water heater, and when I do, I will not be purchasing one from Home Depot again, I will go through Jay.
